New Food Hygiene and Safety course

All food handlers need to have high levels of food hygiene and safety to comply with food hygiene legislation. This includes the European Union Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs.

Our online course focuses on people handling raw fresh produce in a food manufacturing environment. You’ll learn how to control food safety and hygiene during the processing, packaging and distribution of raw fresh produce. And when you’ve completed it, you’ll receive a digital certificate accredited by CPD.
